WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION

What happens when you call
VetDry about water damage?

A person answers. You tell us what happened and where you are. We tell you what to do right now, usually shut the water off at the main if it is safe, and we give you a real arrival window. When we get there we find every wet surface with a moisture meter, not a guess, and we explain what we found before we touch anything.

Then the work starts: extraction, removal of materials that cannot be saved, and drying equipment placed where the readings say it belongs. We come back to check the numbers until the structure is dry, and you get the log.

HOW IT WORKS

What does water damage restoration include?

01

Inspection and moisture mapping

Pinless and pin meters on walls, floors, and ceilings, with readings recorded room by room.

02

Water extraction

Standing water out of carpet, pad, hard floors, and basements. Emergency water extraction is its own service because speed is the whole point.

03

Removal of unsalvageable materials

Wet pad, delaminated laminate, saturated drywall and insulation, cut cleanly and documented.

04

Structural drying

Air movers and commercial dehumidifiers set to the size and wetness of the space, monitored daily. See structural drying and dehumidification.

05

Antimicrobial treatment

Antimicrobial treatment on affected surfaces where the water source or the timeline calls for it.

06

Documentation

Photos, moisture logs, and equipment records, in the format adjusters expect.

WHAT TO KNOW

Why do the first 24 to 48
hours matter so much?

Water does not sit still. It wicks up drywall, swells subfloor, and soaks insulation you cannot see. Mold can begin growing on wet building materials within a day or two. The difference between a two-day dry-out and a gutted room is usually how fast the water came out and how quickly proper drying started. That is why VetDry is built around rapid emergency response, and why we say it on the truck.

What separates VetDry from the rest?

Rapid response, experienced mitigation, clear communication, and doing what is right for the property owner. That is the whole company, in the owner's own words.

Rapid Emergency Response

A person answers the phone and you get a real arrival window, not a promise off a website.

Dry Means Measured

Equipment comes out when the meter says dry, not when the calendar does. You get the log.

Clear Communication

You will know what is wet, what is drying, and what comes next, at every step.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What kinds of water damage do we handle?

Burst and frozen pipes, supply line and water heater failures, appliance leaks, roof and window leaks after storms, sump pump failures, and groundwater in basements and crawl spaces. The common ones have their own pages: burst and frozen pipes, flood and storm damage, and basements and crawl spaces.

Our work is mitigation: getting the water out and the structure dry, clean, and documented. When drying is complete you have a building ready for repair, and we can point you toward trusted local contractors for the rebuild. A new brand, not a new team. VetDry is owned by Anthony Brown, an Army infantry veteran who spent four and a half years managing two locations of a large national restoration franchise in Indiana. Production Manager Zachary Brown came up as a technician and production manager in franchise restoration. Together the team brings nearly 10 years of combined experience, plus working relationships with local insurance professionals, adjusters, and plumbers.
